TPO is energy-efficient, reflecting UV rays to reduce cooling costs, and resistant to punctures, chemicals, and mold growth. We install mechanically attached and fully adhered TPO systems from 45 to 80 mil thickness.
EPDM Rubber Roofing
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is a time-tested synthetic rubber membrane with a track record spanning over 50 years. EPDM excels in cold climates like Michigan because it remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures. We install ballasted, mechanically fastened, and fully adhered EPDM systems, and we repair existing EPDM roofs with factory-approved seam tape and adhesives.
Modified Bitumen
Modified bitumen roofing combines the reliability of traditional built-up roofing with modern polymer technology.
